機能性消化管疾患—機能性ディスペプシア（FD），過敏性腸症候群（IBS）

Point

●機能性消化管疾患（FGIDs）は，主に機能性ディスペプシア（FD）と過敏性腸症候群（IBS）に分類される．

●FDとIBSは互いに合併しやすく，症状の背景には種々のストレスなどの心理社会的要因や内臓知覚過敏，消化管運動異常などが関係していることや感染性腸炎後に発症リスクが高まることなど類似点も多い．

●FDとIBSは，器質的疾患を認めないが腹部症状を生じる疾患で，症状や経過から診断される．診断の際には各種検査を用い器質的疾患の除外が重要である．

●治療経過中も治療抵抗例などでは，器質的疾患が背景に存在しないか検索が必要である．
