—step up編—感染性心内膜炎に対する心エコー検査

Point

●心臓弁膜症や人工弁・ペースメーカーなどの人工物を留置した既往のある症例に，遷延する発熱や血液培養陽性所見が認められた際には，感染性心内膜炎を念頭に検査を行う．

●疣腫の描出に留意するだけでなく，膿瘍や弁瘤，弁穿孔などの合併症の確認も忘れずに行う．

●超音波装置のズーム機能，フォーカス，ゲイン調整，カラードプラ法を適切に使用して描出する．

●必要に応じて，頻回の検査や経食道エコー検査を行う．
