自己免疫性肝炎

Point

●近年，自己免疫性肝炎（AIH）の患者数は増加しており，ステロイドが奏効する一方で適切な治療がなされないと肝硬変や肝不全に至る．そのため適切な診断と治療が必要である．

●確実な診断を行うために診断基準および典型的な検査所見を把握すること，および治療についての基本的な知識を身につけることは重要である．

●本稿では，AIHの診断・治療についての基本的な事項を中心に述べる．
