Point

●左房にはリザーバー,導管,ポンプの3つの機能がある.

●左房ストレインはこれらの3つの機能を定量的に評価できる.

●左房ストレインの正確な計測には,心内膜面の良好な描出が重要である.

●左房ストレイン評価は,心血管疾患患者の予後予測に有用である.
