—step up編—ストレイン心エコー—左房機能評価における有用性

Point

●左房にはリザーバー，導管，ポンプの3つの機能がある．

●左房ストレインはこれらの3つの機能を定量的に評価できる．

●左房ストレインの正確な計測には，心内膜面の良好な描出が重要である．

●左房ストレイン評価は，心血管疾患患者の予後予測に有用である．
