重症熱性血小板減少症候群

Point

●重症熱性血小板減少症候群（SFTS）は，マダニが媒介する新興ウイルス感染症である．日本国内では西日本を中心に，主として春〜秋に患者が発生している．

●臨床症状は，高熱，消化器症状，出血傾向，中枢神経症状などであり，多臓器不全をきたしやすく致死率は25〜30％である．

●検査成績として，白血球減少，血小板減少，肝機能異常，CK値，LD値，フェリチン値の上昇，凝固異常などの頻度が高く，骨髄穿刺検査では血球貪食像を示す．高度の炎症所見があるにもかかわらず，CRPの上昇が認められないことが多い．
