Point

●膀胱癌は膀胱粘膜上皮（尿路上皮）より発生した悪性腫瘍である．

●適切な治療選択を行うためにCT，MRIなどの画像検査および経尿道的膀胱腫瘍切除術（TURBT）による正確な病理組織学的診断が重要である．

●狭帯域光観察（NBI）や5-アミノレブリン酸（5-ALA）を用いた光力学診断（PDD）などの可視化技術により，腫瘍の高感度検出が可能となった．
