深部静脈血栓症

Point

●主訴が下肢症状である疾患としてまず思い浮かぶのは，閉塞性動脈硬化症などの動脈疾患であるが，静脈疾患である深部静脈血栓症（DVT）も忘れてはならない．

●DVTを単に四肢の静脈疾患と捉えるのではなく，静脈血栓塞栓症（VTE）として肺血栓塞栓症（PTE）や奇異性脳塞栓症も念頭に全身を診なければならない．

●血液検査は，DVTの初期鑑別をはじめ治療効果判定やDVTの再発の予測指標として有用である．

●DVTの確定診断には画像検査が必須である．
