梅毒

Point

●多彩な症状を呈し，「梅毒は自由だ」といわれる．無症状で経過する症例もある．

●梅毒検査を入院時や術前のルーチン検査，あるいは検診で行う必要はない．

●梅毒トレポネーマ抗体検査（TPLAなど）が陽性ならば，現在もしくは過去の感染を反映する．

●非トレポネーマ脂質抗体検査（RPRなど）が疾患活動性を反映する．

●梅毒を診たらHIVも疑う．
