抗凝固療法におけるshared decision makingの実践

はじめに

　ある疾患に対する治療は，患者の同意に基づいて行われる．患者から同意を得るプロセスとして主にpaternalism，IC（informed consent），そしてSDM（shared decision making）が実践されてきた^1，2）．抗凝固療法の選択においてはSDMが勧められる．ここでは，おのおのの同意取得プロセスを解説し，抗凝固療法の選択においてSDMを考慮すべき理由とSDMの実践を概説する．
