右心機能評価のポイント

はじめに

　近年，さまざまな疾患で，右心機能の重要性が注目を集めている．右室は胸骨後面近くに位置し，その形態の複雑さから，従来心エコー図法では定量評価に限界があったが，有用な新手法が開発されてきた．本稿では，ルーチン検査における心エコー図法を用いた右心機能評価方法と計測時留意点について解説する．
