米国における経口感染症の調査システム

　様々な食品が広範囲に流通する現在，飲食に起因する経口感染症の広域的，散発的な流行を正確に把握し，原因究明につなげることが重要になっている．わが国の参考に資するため，多様な食文化と広大な国土をもつ米国の経口感染症にかかわる調査体制について調べたので報告する．
