　地球温暖化問題の場合，何がどの程度大変なのかがよく見えてこない．本稿においては，具体的な数値を用い，まずわれわれがどこに向かっているのかを見定め，次に，2050年半減の意味を探る．さらには，温室効果ガスの排出に価格をつけることの意味，本当の温室効果ガス削減の費用とは何かを考え，どの程度の負担で何ができるのかを探ってみたい．
