文献概要

　本稿では，まず米国予防医療研究班(USPSTF)による，運動・身体活動のカウンセリングに関する勧告結果について述べる．次に米国の最新の知見と日本の現況を踏まえた考察を行い，最後に日本における運動・身体活動推進のあり方について論じる．
