Summary of Recommendation

　USPSTF(US Preventive Services Task Force)は，前立腺特異抗原(Prostate specific antigen，以下PSA)および直腸診を用いた前立腺がん検診を定期的に行うことについて，推奨あるいは反対する科学的根拠が不十分であると判断する(グレードI)¹⁾．
