Summary of Recommendations

　1．遺伝子診断

●乳がん発症に関与するとされるBRCA遺伝子について，血縁者にBRCA1またはBRCA2の変異が疑われる乳がん患者がいない場合，遺伝子検査や遺伝相談を推奨しない：勧告レベルD

●BRCA1またはBRCA2変異による乳がん発症が疑われる血縁者がいる場合は，遺伝子診断と遺伝相談を勧める：勧告レベルB
