　パートナーシップ時代の国際保健協力として，このシリーズを書き進めてきたが，いよいよあと残すところ2章となった．最近の地殻変動とも言える国際保健の枠組みの変化について読者の皆様が理解するのに，役立っただろうか．また，その中で，国際保健協力を志す若い方々の意欲や希望が高まっただろうか．

　本稿では，ここまで書き進めてきた第1～8章をもう一度振り返り，国際保健のランドスケープの変化を感じていただくとともに，国連改革，そして世界同時不況の影響についてお伝えしたいと思う．そして，これらの枠組みの変化の中で，設立後60年間国際保健の分野で先頭を走ってきたWHOの役割がどうあるべきなのか，考えてみたい．
