③高齢者の肺炎予防

はじめに

　高齢者肺炎は死亡者数が全死亡原因の10%と多く，第4位に位置している．このため，病態の解明と，病態の基づく予防法確立が求められている．本稿では高齢者肺炎の病態に基づく予防法を中心に紹介したい．
