インフルエンザ菌感染症

はじめに

　インフルエンザ菌(Haemophilus influenzae)は肺炎などの市中呼吸器感染症の主要な原因菌のひとつであり，急性中耳炎・副鼻腔炎や小児化膿性髄膜炎を起こす菌としても重要である．近年，β-ラクタマーゼ非産生性のampicilin(以下ABPC)耐性株(β-lactamase-negative ABPC resistant，以下BLNAR)が本邦で急速な増加傾向にあり，注目されている．
