食品安全と放射性物質―リスクの考え方

背景

　2003年7月1日に内閣府に設置された食品安全委員会は，リスク分析(リスク評価，リスク管理，リスクコミュニケーション)の考え方により，食品中の危害物質(要因)について，中立公正な立場で科学的知見に基づいて，リスクの評価を行う機関として発足した．

　本年7月には9年目に入り，やっと国民の間に「食品のリスクはゼロではない」という感覚が浸透してきたように感じられる．
