笑うと痛みが減る？―「笑い」と「痛み」との関連について

　笑いと疾病・健康との関連について，今回からは，具体的に笑いがどのような疾病や病態と関連する可能性があるのかを詳しく述べていきます．最初は「笑い」と「痛み」との関連についてです．痛みは自覚的症状の一つですが，同じ痛み刺激でもその感じ方には個人差があり，痛みには体質や心理的要因が影響すると考えられています．それでは，笑うことによって痛みは軽減されるのでしょうか？
