(旧)茶のしずく石鹸によるアレルギー

はじめに

　近年，加水分解コムギ末(グルパール19S)を含む(旧)茶のしずく石鹸で洗顔することによって，グルパール19Sが経皮的・経粘膜的に吸収され，コムギアレルギーのなかった人にグルパール19Sに対するIgE抗体を作らせ，これと交差反応するコムギ摂取時にアナフィラキシー反応を起こす重大な問題が生じた^1～3)．

　本稿では疫学調査結果，診断基準，確定診断に必要な検査の1つであるELISA法と，予後や発症のメカニズムについて概説する．最後に，このアレルギーが発症した背景としての，化粧品の安全性の問題を考察する．
