院内感染の起炎菌とその発生動向

はじめに

　院内感染を引き起こす微生物にはさまざまなものがあるが，現在欧米を中心に抗菌薬治療が困難な多剤耐性菌の拡散に警鐘が鳴らされている．わが国でも今後そうした多剤耐性菌の増加が懸念される．本稿では，薬剤耐性菌サーベイランスの意義とそれに基づいた感染対策の概要を解説し，医療機関間および行政と医療機関間の連携のあり方についても述べたい．
