世界の自殺対策と日本の自殺対策

はじめに

　世界で年間約100万件の自殺が生じ，自殺予防は喫緊の課題と認識されている¹⁾．WHO(世界保健機関)からも国のレベルにおける自殺予防戦略のガイドラインが発表されている．しかし，実際に国のレベルで自殺予防の方針を作成し，それをもとに対策を実施している国となると世界中をみてもごく少数である．

　本論では，UN(国連)/WHOの自殺予防ガイドラインを紹介するとともに，わが国の自殺予防対策について考察した．
