うつ病・自殺対策における一般診療科の役割と精神科との連携

はじめに

　本稿では，一般診療科におけるうつ病スクリーニングとケアマネジメントの実施について記述するが，その実施において，一般診療科外の資源との連携が必要となってくる．うつ病・自殺予防対策と関連して一般診療科で行われている，もしくは今後行われるうつ病スクリーニングについて考察する．地域連携のあり方を検討する際の参考にしていただけると幸いである．
