乳幼児のアレルギー・感染症へのダイオキシン類，有機フッ素系化学物質曝露による影響

　近年，アレルギー疾患は有病率が増加すると共に発症の低年齢化が進んでおり，その原因として遺伝要因の他に化学物質を含む環境要因などの関与が示唆されている．本稿では，ダイオキシン類や有機フッ素系化学物質などの難分解性化学物質が，胎児期および出生後初期の発達途中で未熟な免疫機能に与える影響，および生後のアレルギー・感染症リスクとの関連について，北海道スタディでの日常生活での低濃度曝露による報告と諸外国での高濃度曝露による報告から紹介する．
