心筋梗塞の発症登録からみた地域の現状と課題

　「山形県急性心筋梗塞発症登録評価研究事業(以下，Yamagata AMI Registry)」は1993年4月に発足し，山形県内の全医療機関の協力のもと，急性心筋梗塞(acute myocardial infarction;AMI)患者の登録を行っている．1993年4月から2013年12月までの21年間で急性心筋梗塞登録総数は10,595例に達した．
　本稿では，Yamagata AMI Registryから見えてくる山形県のAMIの現況について，登録者数，平均年齢，冠血行再建術施行率と急性期死亡率などの年次推移を示し考察する．
