心臓病の外科治療の最新情報

文献概要

　心臓外科領域では次々と新しい治療法が開発され，患者さんにとっては治療法の選択肢が広がりつつある．特に弁膜症の治療においては近年大きく変化してきた．最近はリウマチ性心疾患による弁膜症が減少傾向にあり，僧帽弁閉鎖不全症と大動脈弁狭窄症が増加している．今までは弁置換が第一選択であったこれらの病気に対して，弁形成術，さらには小さな切開創で手術を行うMICS(ミックス)手術や，ロボット手術，カテーテルで弁置換を行うTAVI(タビ)などが行われるようになった．また，冠動脈疾患に対する外科治療である冠動脈バイパス術も低侵襲を目指して変遷している．
