薬剤耐性問題に関する国際的動向と今後の課題

はじめに
　近年，薬剤耐性(antimicrobial resistance:AMR)問題はG7先進国首脳会議や国連総会を含めさまざまな国際会議で議題に取り上げられ，国際社会が協働して取り組まなければならない喫緊の課題であるという合意が形成されている．本稿では，AMR問題がなぜ議題として取り上げられるに至ったのか，また，国際社会はどのようにそれに対応しようとしているのかを報告する．
