慢性腎臓病(CKD)の早期発見をめぐる課題

はじめに
　慢性腎臓病(chronic kidney disease:CKD)の有無は，尿蛋白を代表とするさまざまな腎障害の存在することと，腎機能を代表して糸球体濾過量(glomerular filtration rate:GFR)が60mL/分/1.73m²未満のいずれか，あるいは両方が3カ月以上持続することで診断できる．したがって，CKDの早期発見のためには，病的とされる蛋白尿の出現の早期の検知，ならびに，腎機能正常域から軽度低下時期における正確なGFRの評価方法の確立が必須である．
　本稿では，2018(平成30)年の特定健康診査(健診)の見直しに向けて，CKDの早期発見に関わる話題と，今後の課題について概説する．
