【ポイント】
◆子宮頸がん検診プログラムでは浸潤がんだけでなく，前がん状態を検出し，医療管理下に置くのが特徴である．
◆子宮頸がん検診プログラムの選択では，単に検診方法だけでなく，その後の流れが自国で実現できるか，また，効果を上げられる状況にあるかを判断することが肝要であるため，国によっておのずと結論は異なる．
◆子宮頸がん検診プログラムで効果を上げるには，その国のプログラムの精度管理能力が鍵を握るが，わが国は心もとない状況にある．
