【ポイント】
◆社会的孤立を呈しやすい“ためこみ”を主症状とする疾患として，2013年に新たに定義された，ためこみ症がある．
◆ためこみ症状は器質的な疾患や強迫症，発達障害にも見られることがあり，鑑別診断が重要である．
◆ためこみ症は長期の自然経過で重症化しゴミ屋敷状態に至る可能性があり，早期の介入が望ましい．
