◆COVID-19パンデミック下で医療従事者の約25%が不安や抑うつを有している．
◆専門職による心理的介入だけでなく基本的なセルフケアの確保など現場の医療従事者が求める支援の実施が重要である．
◆医療従事者は偏見や差別にさらされており，これらの克服など行政的な取り組みも必要である．
