ポイント
◆2020年4月に施行された改正健康増進法は、職場や公共の場所を原則禁煙とし、罰則も適用される。
◆改正健康増進法の根拠となった「タバコ白書」。受動喫煙の健康影響の科学的証拠はその後も乳がん、糖尿病、COPDなどで蓄積している。
◆能動喫煙、受動喫煙ともに、その健康被害を減らすためには社会環境アプローチが大切。
