ポイント
◆歯科口腔疾患予防行動においては、「損失回避」や「現在バイアス」などが検診受診などの行動変容の阻害要因となっている。
◆歯科口腔疾患予防行動の行動変容のためには、行動経済学的バイアスを考慮したナッジ構築を行う必要がある。
◆ナッジには、検診の受診勧奨時に、受診方法の図示や将来の疾患リスクを伝えながらも、歯垢の蓄積など現在の損失につなげたメッセージを使用するなどの工夫を含むことができる。
