ポイント
◆東日本大震災後、福島県内の先天奇形・先天異常発生率（単胎）、早産率、低出生体重児出生率は増加しなかった。
◆東日本大震災後、福島県内の自然流産は増加しなかった。一方、人工妊娠中絶は経年的に減少しているものの、震災直後若干増加しており季節性変動の関与が考えられた。
◆東京電力福島第一原子力発電所事故後4カ月間の放射線空間線量と先天性形態異常との関連は認めなかった。
