◆IPCC（気候変動に関する政府間パネル）の報告書は包括性、透明性、厳密性の高いプロセスで作成される。
◆世界の平均気温は産業革命前より約1.1℃上昇し、人間活動が主な原因であることは疑う余地がない。
◆地球温暖化を1.5℃で止めるには、今世紀半ばに世界の二酸化炭素排出量を実質ゼロにする必要がある。
