ポイント
◆高齢者の保健事業と介護予防の一体的実施事業は開始から3年が経過し、体制づくりは進んだが、具体的な取り組みには課題を残す。
◆具体的な取り組みであるポピュレーションアプローチとハイリスクアプローチともに科学的エビデンスは十分ではなく、事業の実施とともにより客観的評価が求められる。
◆アウトプットとアウトカムをモニタリングしながら、事業の新規実施や改善に取り組み、持続可能な保健事業・介護予防の一体的実施モデルが確立することを期待する。
