◆SDH（健康の社会的決定要因）には個人（貧困・孤立など）や社会（所得格差・社会制度・ジェンダー規範など）の要因がある。
◆SDHを変えるような介入研究は難しく実験的な実証エビデンスは極めて限られている。
◆“Current best”のエビデンスを活用しつつ公正な健康づくりを進めるべきである。
