ポイント
◆ICD-11では心的外傷後ストレス症に加え複雑性心的外傷後ストレス症という診断が加わった。
◆Complex PTSDは、自己組織化の障害に分類される3症状を持つことが大きな特徴である。
◆公衆衛生の観点から、Complex PTSDの有病率に関する、より正確なデータを収集することが望まれる。
