Pentacam^(R)による角膜厚および角膜中央部前面形状の測定精度

目的：前眼部測定解析装置（Pentacam^TM）で角膜厚と角膜中央部前面屈折力を測定し，超音波による角膜厚測定装置とビデオケラトスコープによる測定値と比較すること。方法：正常眼10例20眼を対象とし，角膜厚と角膜中央部前面屈折力を測定した。超音波による角膜厚測定装置としてSP-2000（TOMEY），ケラトスコープとしてTMS-2N（TOMEY）を用いた。各装置による測定は同一日に各眼で5回行った。結果：中央部角膜厚は，前眼部測定解析装置では548.3±18.9μm，超音波による測定装置では547.9±26.5μmであり，有意差はなかった。変動係数はそれぞれ0.63％，0.34％であり，有意差はなかった。角膜中央部前面屈折力は，前眼部測定解析装置では43.4±1.2D，ケラトスコープでは43.2±1.4Dであり，有意差はなかった。変動係数はそれぞれ1.23％，1.27％であり，有意差はなかった。結論：前眼部測定解析装置（Pentacam^TM）は，中央部角膜厚と角膜中央部前面屈折力の測定で，従来の検査機器と同様な精度が得られる。
