原発開放隅角緑内障に対するMolteno implant手術　第2報

過去5年間に原発開放隅角緑内障7例10眼に対しMolteno implant手術を行った。男性5人，女性2人，年齢は28～73歳（平均52歳）である。それまでに平均2.1回の線維柱帯切除術が行われ，抗緑内障薬として平均3.7種の点眼薬と0.8種の内服薬を使用していた。術前の眼圧は23～50mmHg（平均32.8±9.5mmHg）であった。術後772±555日の最終診察で，眼圧は14.7±4.0mmHgであり，平均1.56種の点眼薬と0.11種の内服薬を使用していた。Molteno implantとしてsingleまたはdouble plate typeを用いたが，生存率については両者間に有意差がなかった。合併症に注意すれば，Molteno implant手術は難治性原発開放隅角緑内障に有効であると結論される。
