加齢黄斑変性に対する光線力学療法の最近の動向

これまで治療に苦慮されてきた滲出型加齢黄斑変性に対する治療法として光線力学療法が本邦でも認可され約1年半が経過し，日本人に対する本治療の効果が明らかになってきた。本稿では，過去の治験の成績，筆者らの施設での治療経過，治療後にみられる網膜の変化，今後の展望について述べる。
