再発性脈絡膜血管腫に対して光線力学的療法が有効であった1例

目的：光線力学的療法が奏効した再発性脈絡膜血管腫の症例の報告。症例と経過：51歳男性が4年前に右眼の脈絡膜血管腫と診断され，レーザー光凝固治療を受けた。視力低下が再発して当院を受診した。矯正視力は右0.6，左1.5であった。右眼黄斑の上耳側に隆起性腫瘤があり，フルオレセインとインドシアニングリーン蛍光造影で強い色素漏出を認め，超音波による腫瘤の厚さは2.69mmであった。腫瘤に対して光線力学的療法を行った。その5か月後の右眼視力は0.4，腫瘤の厚さは1.71mmであり，光干渉断層計（OCT）で網膜浮腫は著明に減少し，フルオレセイン蛍光造影で色素漏出は鎮静化した。結論：光線力学的療法は日本人の再発性脈絡膜血管腫に対して有効である可能性がある。
