ぶどう膜炎・内眼炎診療の新しいマーカー

文献概要

「ぶどう膜炎」という用語は，最近では炎症の主座がぶどう膜にあるもののみに用い，二次的にぶどう膜に炎症が及ぶ疾患を含める際には「内眼炎」という用語が用いられるようになった。実際の臨床で診断や治療方針の決定に苦慮することの多いこれらの疾患のうち，Behçet病，サルコイドーシス，原田病の診療に役立つ最新の血液検査マーカーを3つ紹介する。
