Wavefront-guided LASIKにおいて解析結果に度数調整した例の検討

要約　目的：Wavefront-guided LASIKにおいて，球面度数をアジャストした例（A群）としない例（N群）を比較検討した。対象と方法：A群21例36眼，N群32例50眼の年齢，術前の自覚的屈折値と波面収差解析値，術後の裸眼視力，自覚的球面度数，等価球面度数を比較した。波面収差解析はVISX社WaveScan^(R)，エキシマレーザーはVISX社Star S4^(R)を用いた。結果：年齢はA群28.8歳，N群32.6歳でA群が有意に若かった。術前自覚的屈折値と波面収差解析値の球面度数の差はA群で0.48Dであった。術後裸眼視力はA群1.49，N群1.38で有意差はなく，術後自覚的球面度数はA群－0.01D，N群－0.13D，等価球面度数はA群－0.13D，N群－0.22DとA群のほうが正視に近かった。結論：自覚的屈折値と波面収差解析値の球面度数に差がある例でアジャストを行い良好な結果が得られた。
