ラタノプロスト点眼からウノプロストン点眼への切り替えにおける有効性

要約　目的：ラタノプロスト点眼による副作用が生じた症例を，ウノプロストン点眼に切り替えた効果の検索。対象と方法：ラタノプロストン点眼で副作用が生じた13例23眼を対象とした。年齢は60～88歳，平均75歳である。点眼をウノプロストンに切り替え，1年以上の経過を観察した。結果：眼圧と視野には変更前後で有意な変化はなかった。副作用としての眼瞼色素沈着は67％，睫毛または眼瞼の多毛は70％，点眼時の刺激感は30％で改善した。結論：ラタノプロストン点眼による副作用が生じた症例を，ウノプロストン点眼に切り替えることは，副作用の軽減または進行防止の意味で有意義である。
