糸状角膜炎

症 例

　患者：71歳，女性

　主訴：左眼異物感

　家族歴：同胞と子にアベリノ角膜ジストロフィ（Arg124His）があった。
　現病歴：角膜ジストロフィのため1984年，当科にて全層角膜移植術を施行された。その後再発した角膜混濁に対して数度にわたり電気分解療法を施行されていたが，混濁により左眼の視力が手動弁（矯正不能）と低下したために2006年1月，左眼全層角膜再移植術を施行された。術前の検査で涙液分泌はシルマーⅠ法で右眼5mm，左眼7mmと涙液分泌能の低下を認めていた。
