トリアムシノロンアセトニドのテノン囊下注射を併用した光線力学療法

目的：中心窩下の脈絡膜新生血管に対して行った光線力学療法と，これにトリアムシノロンアセトニド40mgのテノン囊下注射を併用した3か月後の効果の比較。対象と方法：過去8か月間に，中心窩下の脈絡膜新生血管に対して光線力学療法を行った68例68眼を対象とした。51眼には光線力学療法のみを行い，17眼にはトリアムシノロン注射を併用した。結果：両群の間でlogMAR視力と中心窩網膜厚の変化量に有意差はなかった。病変部最大直径の減少量は，光線力学療法単独群よりもトリアムシノロン併用群のほうが有意に大きかった（p＜0.01）。結論：中心窩下の脈絡膜新生血管に対する光線力学療法の3か月後の評価では，これ単独よりも，トリアムシノロンのテノン囊下注射を併用したほうが病変の大きさを減少させる効果が大きい。
