視神経乳頭周囲にみられた先天性網膜色素上皮肥大

緒言

　視神経乳頭周囲にみられる色素沈着を伴った病変には，脈絡膜悪性黒色腫，脈絡膜母斑，黒色細胞腫，過誤腫，先天性網膜色素上皮肥大（congenital hypertrophy of the retinal pigment epithelium：以下，CHRPE），特発性反応性網膜色素上皮過形成などがある。CHRPEの好発部位は眼底周辺部であり，後極部，特に視神経乳頭周囲や黄斑部にみられる頻度はきわめて低い^1,2）。今回筆者らは，視神経乳頭周囲にみられたCHRPEの1例を経験したので報告する。

　症例

　患者：37歳，男性

　主訴：眼科的精査

　既往歴・家族歴：特記すべきことなし。

　現病歴：2005年2月6日，職場健診で眼底異常を指摘され，8月8日，当科を受診した。
