Behçet病眼発作時における血清IgE

要約　目的：Behçet病では，Ⅳ型のほかにⅠ型アレルギーの関与がある可能性がある。Behçet病の発作時と非発作時の血清IgE値を測定し，比較検討した。対象と方法：Behçet病34例で血清IgE値を測定し，うち21例では眼発作時のIgE値を調べた。IgE値はIU/mlで表現した。結果：非発作時のIgE値は0～474，平均86.9±119.7であった。眼発作時に測定した21例のIgE値は，非発作時が平均76.8±110.6，発作時が45.3±62.0であり，有意差があった（p＝0.048）。強い眼発作時に測定した6例でのIgE値は，非発作時と有意差がなかった。結論：Behçet病の血清IgE値は，眼発作時には非発作時よりも低下する。
